Hey, my name's Cole Winokur. I live here in Roseville. I met Eli through a networking group. I was looking for a contractor at the time. We needed to do a bathroom remodel, and the stars just aligned perfectly, and that's how we got here.

We were looking for someone that could execute on a high level of design. And then as we started picking out things, we picked out the tile, we picked out the vanity. I think Eli started to understand what our vision was and helped us realize what that vision was to the point where he started making recommendations. He would always check in with us before making any decisions. And since the work's been completed, we just love that bathroom. I mean, there's so much space in there. It's well lit. It's open and airy. And it's just a joy to be in.

I think he was here a total of four weeks spanning the project, from finishing out the demo to the final touches. In that time, he was just a joy to have in the house. We have little kids. My wife is here. We work from home. So we had a lot of face-to-face time with Eli.

Our kids had a great relationship with Eli throughout the whole process. My oldest son is three, and he said when he grows up, he wants to be a builder, just like Eli. And Eli was just super cool about it. I think my three-year-old was like, wow, look how strong he is. And Eli responded saying, yeah, but nobody's as strong as your dad. And that's just like the coolest thing that he's just, he knows his place in this whole process that he's in our space, he's with our family, he's really respectful, but like he's also just fun.

I've already referred Eli to a couple different people since he did our project. I was just amazed with his work, with his work ethic, and how enjoyable he is to have within our home. So when I made these referrals, I said, you know, as long as you're willing to do the project right and you're going to go through the permitting process, Eli's your guy. You're not going to go wrong. His work is immaculate and he will give you a fair price.
